All our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) as of 1999.
Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.
Freight Costs
We charge a flat rate of $15 per order.
For small items or orders please contact us for estimate of postage costs.
Customer Service and Delivery
DSG Bowls Shop is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.
We endeavor to make sure that all our products on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.
We use Australia Post; allow 3 to 10 days delivery within Australia subject to your location.
For overseas orders please contact us for an estimate of postage.
In the event that the item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an alternative item, a backorder or full refund.
Refund/return Policy
Please read carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision as to size.
Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty item, please call us immediately via phone or email and we will sort this out right away. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
What can be returned? : You are welcome to return any regular price product order for an exchange to a different size or item within 15 days if it’s not right for you but must be returned unused and in the original condition/packaging with all it’s tags attached and copies of your documentation. “Sale” items are sold as is and are final sale. no returns are permitted.
Return Postage: the return postage cost is your responsibility. Kindly include a copy of your invoice or internet order form. The postage for a replacement order is also your responsibility.
Refunds: Will be paid in the same method as they were originally paid less the original postage cost.
Our refund policy is in accordance with your Australian Consumer Rights.
