The Original Bowling Arm has 2 forms of release
Thumb – Using your thumb to apply the pressure to hold the bowl and release your thumb pressure to release the bowl
Palm – Using your palm to apply the pressure to hold the bowl and release your palm pressure to release the bowl
Available in 3 sizes determined by your height
